Kuopas’ new chat service is now live!

We are proud to introduce our new chat service, now available on our website. Chat allows you to get faster answers to common questions without having to wait in a queue on the phone or in an email. This is particularly useful during busy periods, such as the summer, when there are many contacts.

The chat offers shortcuts for tenants and applicants, so you can try them first to find the answer to your question. If you want to ask our service team for help, you can come and chat with us. You’ll get real-time and more personalised service. The chat is open from 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM.
