Get to know your neighbours easily in the new Kuopas Tenant Community
Exciting news: we have launched a new digital discussion platform as a pilot in four of our housing locations – Katiska, Kajo, Neula and Samoilija.
The Kuopas Tenant Community is a place where you can, for example, chat with other tenants, arrange joint events and get to know your neighbours.
What can you do in the tenant community?
- Feel free to talk to people from all the participating housing locations or just your own neighbours.
- Participate in discussions completely anonymously – no one will see your name or personal details. (But remember, it’s best not to share your information publicly.)
- Send private messages if you want to continue a conversation one-on-one.
- Get to know your future neighbours up to 60 days before you move in, so you can register in advance.
- Take polls, vote for other people’s posts and collect badges for being active.
- Kuopas staff are also involved in the discussions, so it’s easy to get in touch with us.
Participating housing locations
The Kuopas Tenant Community pilot will run for 6 months, but with the help of active users it could become a permanent part of everyday life for all Kuopas tenants.
The pilot will take place in the following locations:
- Katiska – Katiskaniementie 6
- Kajo – Taivaanpankontie 15
- Neula – Metsurintie 4
- Samoilija – Samoilijantie 6
Do you live in one of these locations? Here’s how to join:
- We will send a registration link by email to all tenants of our pilot sites. If you haven’t received an email, please check your spam mail.
- To register, you will need the email address you provided on your housing application.
- For example, if a couple has the same address, only one of them can register.
- Once you have registered, you will be directed to a short questionnaire, after which you will have free access to the housing community.
