Move-in inspection

Inspect the condition of your apartment by using this checklist. Mark down any faults and defects you notice and send the checklist within 14 days from key pick up, even if you don’t find any defects. This is for your own benefit and legal protection. In case something has to be repaired, also fill in Fault report. If the previous tenant has not cleaned the apartment well or something is missing, please immediately contact our maintenance service.

If there is nothing to report about, you can leave the box empty.
