Damage cost sheet

Tenant’s duty is to keep the apartment in good shape. The tenant is responsible for all damages to the apartment, if the damage is not within normal wear. The repair work will be priced according to this damage costs sheet.

The tenant will also be charged if the apartment suffers damage because the tenant didn’t inform Kuopas about an issue, like a water leak. All problems in the apartment must be informed to Kuopas by using the Fault report.

Remember, making Fault reports and asking questions from our maintenance staff is always free. Also, if you ask if we would come to your apartment to see if something should be fixed or for any other reason, it is also free. Only if you have broken something, then we will have to charge you according to this Damage cost sheet. Don’t be afraid to contact us about anything!
