Situation of studio apartments:

The waiting time for studio apartments varies depending on the urgency of your need for an apartment and the amount of your monthly steady income during your studies. Kuopas does not have queues.

At the moment, all our soon to be available studios have already been offered forward. The apartments that are terminated in January will become vacant in March. Apartments will be offered based on the applications. So please send us your application if you are looking for an apartment.

Situation of other available apartments:

Available shared apartment rooms for boys: 12 (from which 12 are furnished)
Available shared apartment rooms for girls: 35 (from which 22 are furnished)

Rooms that become available on 1ˢᵗ February:

Rooms for boys: 14 (from which 4 are furnished)
Rooms for girls: 11 (from which none are furnished)

Shared apartment with a friend?

Did you know that you can apply for a shared apartment with a friend? A shared apartment with a friend is a shared apartment where all the rooms are available/becoming available, and you can apply together with a friend or friends!

Below are instructions on how to apply:

You can apply with one or more friends. Each applicant must have a separate application for a shared apartment and must provide the names and e-mail addresses of accompanying applicants in the free-form “Additional information” section on the last page of the application. For example, if three people are applying for a shared apartment together, three separate applications must be submitted, each with details of two accompanying applicants.
